  • High-Volume Claims: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling high-volume claim portfolios with finesse.

The Role

As a Claims Executive, you’ll take the helm of a diverse portfolio covering commercial and domestic lines. Your responsibilities span various claim types, including Property, Motor, Domestic, Marine, and Liability. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Portfolio Management: Skilfully manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring efficient processes and timely resolutions.
  • Policy Adherence: Apply claims policies and procedures meticulously, maintaining compliance.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with various stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Advocate for our clients by negotiating favourable claims settlements and escalating when necessary.

The Role: Internal Broker

As an Internal Broker, you’ll be an integral part of our Account Management Team, supporting Senior Brokers in meeting client needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12 Months Experience: We’re looking for someone with at least 12 months of insurance broking experience.
Tier 1 Broking Qualification: Hold a Tier 1 Broking Qualification.
